The pool location was wonderful!!

The curtains need updating.

The noise of the guests above the room. They were excessively loud throughout the night.

Dirty and bathroom was moldy

I booked this stay for my daughter the evening before she was supposed to arrive. In addition to having terrible weather in our area when she and her friend arrived, there was one room that had the curtain wide open and a strange man that was sitting on his bed that would not stop staring at them. When I called the owner, he told me he could not refund my money and that I would have to call booking.com. When I called booking.com they informed me that it was his decision to refund me, which he unfortunately declined to do.

Didn’t feel safe

What breakfast we specifically booked this for the breakfast and they have nothing no juice nothing they have some peanut butter and toast that we didn’t even see out all morning

The beds were filthy. I mean, we didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in them. You could barely turn the shower and you had to pull it so hard I was afraid of a break. There was water that was just sitting in the tub, but never drained. The smell was ungodly. You could barely see the TV. It was so small. The beds were uncomfortable. The beds were off the frame. I literally cut my leg open on the frame.
