More seating to relax in the evening

Stunning apartment. Out in the country. Quiet secluded. Perfect for a retreat. Hot tub was superb, especially with the starry nights.

Every last detail is finished to an extremely high standard. Amazing hot tub, beautiful furnishings and finishing touches throughout the whole property, including fresh flowers and fresh cows milk, which was lovely! The beds although firm, were extremely comfortable and the view across the fields is lovely

For an apartment that potentially sleeps 4 people, 1 3 seater settee is not really an adequate "living" area. We felt that 1 more chair at the end of the kitchen island/breakfast bar would make it far more comfortable for relaxing in the evening. Although helpful by message prior to our stay, we didn't hear from the agent at all during our stay, despite being positioned right next door. This may have been to preserve privacy, but at previous similar properties, the owner has approached us just to say Hello and ask if there was anything else we needed. It's a nice touch i feel The 2 dogs whose home this is, are absolutely lovely! But can be slightly intrusive at times. The lighter coloured one (Bonny i think) ran into the accommodation when I had my back turned and flew up on to the sofa with dirty paws, making my Mums clothes dirty and leaving us to have to scrape fur off the dark coloured sofa. She also visited us whilst we were in the hot tub, trying to jump in with us!!! I feel I need to make people aware of this as some may have allergies/a fear of dogs, or simply not like them!

Location was excellent, host was amazing and very very helpful. The property was exceptionally clean and great amenities.

It was door coded, I seemed to be inputting it incorrect. A lovely gentleman Alan met us there and helped us with this.

We did have an issue with the hot tub, it initially worked however we put the side fountain jet on and it popped the filter up, we couldn’t put it back, it did bring up some stuff into the water from the filter however we came out as we took our grandson and by then was ready to come out. I did report this to the owner the next morning just in case someone was going there that day. 09-06-25.
