Bright, spacious, modern apartment with a responsible and responsive host. Perfect location at a hand’s reach to the Duomo.

It was very clean!

good location and very big! A lot of new stuff. Furthermore, it is 15 minutes away from the city center.

-no airco in the bedroom. -sometimes no hot water.

Large spacious beautiful apartment in the city center, kitchen with everything you need, quick contact with the hostess if necessary.

The Air Conditioner didn't want to turn on, but with the help of the hostess we quickly fixed it.

Great facilities good location

The property is very spacious, extremely clean, and well located. Lovely living and dining area. The kitchen is brand new and well equipped with great finishing touches. The bathroom including the shower area is new, good looking and comfy. The mattress and cushions are first class as well as the wardrobe. Remote controlled blinds are nice. Overall, the apartment holds potential to be 10/10. However .. (see below)

As an expert in the hospitality industry, I am pointing out the following management/admin issues: - the whole check-in process is too complicated whereas guests would just want to go hassle free. Too many steps are required (also reported by previous guests); - power cuts occur too often - in fact, the host has included access instructions to the mains room (outside the flat) in case of power overflow (also reported by previous guests). The oven may not be used then. This should be fixed with the grid/council though. - there is no kettle due to limited energy supply; - there is limited supply of hot water - only a small electric tank. It is not possible to take more than two quick showers in a row. - the tumble dryer is not for guest use, although it is displayed on booking. There is coded pad to avoid use. The host would request additional fee (10 EUR); - there are too many WhatsApp communications; - 10 am check-out is too early and causes inconvenience to guests.

The apartment is modern, spacious and clean. Really wonderful. In a local neighborhood a 10 minute walk to historic center. The bed was fantastic.

We had an issue on arrival because our cellphone did not get reception (US). All entry of 3 doors is accessible only by Wi-Fi/ internet. Valentina was available by phone but it took her until 10pm to finally get us physical keys. We were very stressed out but really the apartment was so good. Small note: the French press coffee press was so old barely usable. Same with fry pans.

The house was extremely cold and no remote control was provided for the AC. We had a very uncomfortable night due to the very cold temperature. The host didn't bother to provide any alternative. During our stay the electricity went off and despite following the instructions in the video the correct ones were missing. We had to call booking and wait around 1h for someone to get there while we were in full dark. Property is overrated given all these issues.

The property is amazing, very beautiful and clean. Valentina is a wonderful host, very helpful and always there when needed. The location is perfect- very close to the all the landmarks but very peaceful at the same time.
