I am very disappointed with this homestay. The facilities were poorly maintained and the cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed sheets were worn out, torn. The TV was there but could not be turned on and had no channels. The air conditioner in the living room was not working. There is stand fan in the living room, but its so dirty and the dust visible on the fan.The kitchen was not properly equipped even though this is supposed to be a homestay with basic cooking facilities. There was no microwave or oven, only an electric kettle. The kitchen area was also not clean; the sink had visible black mold and the cabinet under the sink was very dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. This stay was not worth the price and I would not come back again.

I booked the homestay earlier for 7pax adult (apartment with 3 bedroom queen bed + 1 sofa bed at living room) and fully paid. Last minute before our trip the owner@management i dont know, reach out to me that they will switch the apartment that i booked because it was closed down. I was okay with the sudden change, no choice because our trip is the next day. What i dont like is they switch us to another apartment that doesn't have the same property type(3bedroom with 2 queen & 1 single, no sofabed too) as the 1st apartment that i booked. After that we request extra bed, but doesnt have extra bed also. Then 2pax out of 7pax unfortunately need to booked another hotel room urgently because of that event occured.

1. wide- great for big family's 2. the guard- male guard are very kind and friendly 3. pool - got pool

1. odor- master room have bad smell pillow, smell like sweat. 2. parking - limited parking. 1 car only. if exceed, need to park your car outside from parking lot 3. location- need to ask from host the real pin point of location 4. the cleaner at the pool- one women was unpleasant. how can she instructed the children not to wet the area. what do her aspect? swimming pool is dry place?. thats why you are given a salary and the task of cleaning the pool area
