Nice apartment but.....

1)Did not replenish bath gel. Have to buy oneself. Can get refund or not? 2) Queried the managent of the apartment, did not respond at all. Very bad hospitality 3) Not enough cups for the guests. Have to share. Very stingy 4) Not install wall clock 5) Did not provide detergent
