Great location and nice place, spatious, we were glad to use the washer and drier.

Marco didn't provide all the check in information (location of key and code for its box) up front. Didn't answer messages or pick up the phone. Sent it by email 40 minutes AFTER we arrived. Never apologised or addressed it in any way, just made excuses and complaints about us. The other issues are minor compared to this, we barely got in and heard many reasons why not receiving the instructions was out fault. I sincerely CANNOT RECOMMEND staying here, despite how nice the place and location are. Other than that, there was no soap for showers, but, to compensate, there WERE leftovers in the fridge. One of the bedrooms was super loud with noise from the hall, entrance door and elevator.

Great location, very close to restaurants, 1 minute from walking streets, easy to find the Tower also with children. The flat is in a quiet house and street, although in the centre. The apartment was very clean, no bugs, no mosquito, fully equipped, enough space for a bigger family as well. Value in relation with the price is great.

A bit dark rooms, which on the other hand means it was not hot inside. The entrance door is a bit difficult to open, one of the rooms has a door which is not appropriate to fully close . Parking is in 5 minutes distance, not in front of the house (actually it is like that in whole centre of Pisa).

One hundred meters from Piazza del Duomo, in a historical building, a comfortable accommodation with no shortage, where consumables are stocked. Everything was clean. Having 2 toilets and a shower is a big advantage for the crowded guests. The best thing is that there are brand new washing and drying machines. After long journeys, they bring great convenience to man. The information provided by the host prior to the stay was also quite sufficient.

The recommended parking lot was the most expensive car park I used on my 20-day trip to Europe. I paid 40 euros for about 14 hours, which I have never seen so expensive in any city I have been to. My advice to those who come with their car is to use the paid parking spaces on the side of the road.

Awesome location, welcoming hosts and well equipped apartment for a family with kids.

I would suggest to the host to leave a bottle of water. It may cost a little but means a lot to the guests (especially for those arriving late).
