Luxe Haven on Lonyay by NW Apartments

Excellent location. Furnished like in the pictures. Comfortable bed. Easy to work from home - nice internet connection, stable most of the time. No fee for pets. Customer support is trying to do what they can (which is not much -- see below).

1. The key got stuck in the lockbox, blocking the lever - and my check-in, as a result. I called the property. Their response was "try smashing the lockbox harder, maybe it'll get unstuck". I tried that. A neighbour tried that. I called the property again asking if there is Plan B for this situation. It was 23:00, I was there with my dog and my suitcase. Their response: "I don't know and sorry and try harder; I'll call you back". By sheer coincidence, I had a multitool in my bag that helped me unlock the box (without damaging it, mind you) and get the key. Had it not been for my multitool, I would have had to go to another location on that night, urgently looking for one. But what made me most unhappy was what happened next. Did the property check if I was in? Nope. Nobody called me back, too. Did they follow up with an apology? No. To make it worse, I reminded them there was a problem with the lockbox during the week, but nobody came to fix it. Their last message to me was, "please leave the key in the lockbox when you leave". I messaged back asking the support to scroll up. Get a bigger lockbox or a smaller key, please, don't make visitors go through this again. 2. The property was full of cockroaches and ants. Again, I messaged the property. They sent a guy with a cockroach trap for me. Did the trap work? No. 3. The shower barrier and some of the furniture are in poor condition: one of the sockets was torn out of the wall, one of the bedside lamps wasn't working. All minor to me, but may be important for some.

Ο χωρος δεν μπορούσε να ζεσταθεί επαρκώς, πολύ κακη ποιότητα στο στρώμα και ειδικά στα μαξιλάρια που είναι τα χειρότερα που έχω δει ποτέ σε κατάλυμα. Ωστόσο το χειρότερο ήταν ότι κάθε μέρα βρίσκαμε κατσαρίδες στην κουζίνα και στο μπάνιο.Αρκετα δυσάρεστη εμπειρία.

Clean, easy access, clear instructions...

Heating sistem should be better, as AC is not enough. To have at least one coffee capsule per person for the first morning.

The location was very good it was close to town center and there were bus stations and metro less then 5 min walk away. The aparment was new and it was good looking.

The heating didn't work. So we used air conditioning.

It was warm and cozy.

The apartment is full of cockroaches. It was the first thing we saw. If you want to eat in the kitchen good luck. This is the time more of them are coming out and this is what you see while you are eating. I will not comment more about the fact a lot of them were in the toilet. It's not the best thing to go take a shower and behind you to have a big cockroach. Although the apartment was looking clean, they didn't clean the toilet as we saw pee from previous people. Also they provided us with only one big towel for 4 nights. Normally you get at least 2 towels a big and a small one. Also for 4 nights we only had two small packages of shower gel which basically was enough for only 1 night. We could also hear a lot of noises from the other apartments and the neighbourhood was not good. We didn't feel safe.

Nothing. All bad!

This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst and most stressful accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived at the apartment at around 20:20, tired and expecting to rest. Instead, we immediately found the flat in what we considered to be completely unacceptable sanitary and hygiene conditions. There was a visible cockroach infestation and clear signs consistent with bed bugs in the sleeping area. As you can see in the photos and videos I have attached, this was not a minor issue. In my opinion, the apartment was simply not fit for accommodation, and I did not feel it was safe or hygienic to stay there even for one night. Because of this, we decided to leave the property after about 30–45 minutes, returned the key to the lock box and had to book a last-minute hotel at our own expense. Arriving in a foreign city at night and suddenly having to find alternative accommodation, after seeing the state of the apartment, was extremely stressful and upsetting. What made the experience even worse was the way NewWave Apartments, the managing company, handled the situation. From my point of view, their responses were unprofessional and dismissive. The suggested “solutions” (such as simply cleaning or putting down traps) felt completely inadequate given the level of infestation we had just seen. At no point did I feel that they were genuinely taking responsibility for the condition of the property or for the impact this had on our stay. Despite explaining clearly that we did not stay in the apartment, and despite providing photographic and video evidence, our request for a free cancellation and full refund was effectively ignored or side-stepped. This left us with a very strong feeling of having been treated unfairly, having paid for a stay we did not use in a flat that, in our view, should not have been offered to guests in that state.

Просторно, центр города в пешей доступности есть все.

Тараканы. Они везде были. На кухне, в ванной. Когда написал хозяевам ответили что виноват клининг. Пока.

Des cafards dans toute les pièces. Très mauvaise isolation sonore on entend tout les voisins et même leur chasse d'eau des toilettes.

Расположение квартиры отличное,рядом метро и общественный транспорт,а также автобус в аэропорт.В квартире две раздельные комнаты,что тоже очень удобно,кухня и все необходимое.

Единственный минус-это плохо уходит вода в душе и мало полотенец,для ног всего одно на двоих
