Apartment sangat selesa serta bersih. Dekat sahaja dengan feringgi bay. Staff Cik Ros yang sangat membantu.

Kolam mandi apartmen kurang memuaskan. Tidak terjaga.

It's very comfortable for homestay, very close to hard rock hotel and walking distance from many convenience stores near hotel. Beaches are right opposite the homestay.

parking rm10 per day, overprice parking imo.

Host very thoughtful by stand by a staff to wait for us at lobby not only pass the key to us but also bring us to the unit personally. Upon arrival our unit, the staff explained all the details, switch and also they prepared welcoming snacks, chocolate, big pack of coffee, tea and also two pack of large juice in fridges.

Em car park a bit expensive. Per entry rm5 so each time go out need to paid rm5. Park over night rm13. Host do give an option where by park outside the apartment.

My flight was at 10:00 PM, and the hotel manager kept us at the hotel until close to 6:00 PM without any restrictions. This shows her good manners, open-mindedness, and cheerful treatment of guests. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the hotel manager and to the wonderful island of Penang. For your information, the kindest people in Malaysia are those you will meet on Penang Island.
