USI don’t think the place was cleaned properly, the couch is stained and I called the phone number listed abcs the person I was told to speak to about any problems and I had to call booking to get any help! Had to wait an hour to get into the property, then had the nerve to ask me if I’d paid??!! And I said, how could I get an incorrect code for the door with having paid?!
