Comfortable 5-Bedroom House in Cheltenham

Great modern property in a great location for what we needed it for. Very spacious rooms and lovely interior with plenty of amenities. 2 bathrooms with showers and 1 downstairs toilet. Plenty of space for a big group.

Lack of hand towels.

Not enough chairs round the table or seats in the lounge for the number of people staying meaning it isn't as relaxing as it should be. Also there were 3 forks for 10 people and the letting agent wouldn't provide us with any more which was very disappointing.

Wonderful home to stop in, had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space .

Great location for exploring the Cotswolds. House was lovely inside. Very comfortable bed, great quality bedding, amazing sleep by all the family. Spotlessly clean, good WiFi connection. Parking for one car but lots of parking available in the streets around the corner. Handy supermarket just 3 minutes walk away. Would definitely book again.

The outside areas need attention; lots of weeds taking over. The advert said there was a microwave but there isn't, so if you need one, double check before booking.

We arrived at the property to no hot water or electricity. The property was damp and all round inhabitable. We were travelling with a baby and without support of the host had to find alternative accomodation to check in to that day as naturally we could not stay somewhere with no electricity, hot water and with damp throughout. The host so far has not been willing to refund us for the booking.

Big place in terms of rooms. Wifi available. Decent size backyard.

The place was dusty with poor cleaning both inside and outside the property. There was trash fly binned at the property for over two weeks. It was so bad that when we tried to move one of the bins there were worms crawling out from under the heaped trash. We weren't made aware of the trash pickup times which led to further trash heaps. Also, the couch provided was of poor quality that one of it's leg just broke off while sitting on it. However, this was fixed after a week of raising it with the property management. The washer provided was so moldy and dirty inside the detergent dispenser that we had disperse it in cleaning liquids for hours before use. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms were broken which never got fixed. The kettle provided had a broken switch which never got replaced. The parking space provided fits only a small car. We had to struggle trying to park our 7 seater vehicle. Overall the place had the prospects of being a good one but with so many failings it's hard to recommend.

The property was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and spacious.

The off road parking was very tight. And impedes the walkway slightly at the front. There was no microwave at the property. And our checkin was delayed until 7pm on the day as we wasn’t supplied with the code to get into the property

Should have left more dishwasher pods, at least one per night. Other than that it was a great stay.

The Toiletries were not enough for the five days, No fans or ac available as the weather was a bit hot. Esp the artic room.
