Brand new heart of Birmingham one bedroom

Location was great, good view being on 8th floor. Lift. Comfortable bed. Nice to have full flat, although as we only stayed one night we didn't even turn the TV on at all as no time. Overall it was a good base.

Few things There was no tea towel, the kitchen tap was wobbly needs tightening up. Only one hand towel and one bath towel (didn't affect as only there one night)

The property was clean and the kitchen area well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy and the property has great security. It was an easy walk to the utilta arena and the centre of Birmingham.

Ideal location for accessing local landmarks such as Utilita arena and vibrant Brindley place. Tram stop at the end of the road and car parking close by so easy to get to via any form of transport Easy to obtain and return keys Good communication from host before check in Convenient check in times 4pm and 11am so ideal that you don’t have to check out super early! For future residents property is on level 8 of the building, We were not told this and had to stop at every floor to check Has everything needed for an overnight stay. Bed is comfortable!

Paintwork could do with a bit of a freshen up but I believe this is happening in a few weeks time so won’t be an issue for future users.

The views this apartment could be amazing it wanted to

First of all, no hot water or Internet. Owners response was he'll see what he can do on a Sunday. Nothing was fixed. Then, I needed to iron a jacket so imagine my surprise going in to the boiler room to find it dusty as hell and the iron board covered with random materials. Not to mention having to fish through boxes of shiznitt to get to the iron. Then owner has the nerve to message me saying there's more than 2 people when the concierges will openly state that's not the case. This owner is a liar and frankly, a bit of a tardd.
