"Exceptional"

Great location and house with easy access to Umbria and Tuscany and the local villages. Really comfortable house with a great pool and gardens.

The flies for the first few days were pretty bad but then got better, not sure if the weather changed that or the hosts sprayed the area. If the latter it would have been better done pre-stay. You're in the forest so expect some other wildlife.
