This was the worse h hotel stay that I've experienced Room wasn't cleaned in 4 days, no customer service, not a friendly place and staff was limited and indifferent I requested a full refund and was given it by the Gen Manager

The neighborhood felt like skid row. Junkies laying out on the street gave an open air drug market feel.

"Good hotel, good experience "

Very modern, completely remodeled. Good service, quality linens/towels etc. Good TV/entertainment. Any purchases from the property were expensive breakfast/cocktails were not worth the higher prices. Overall a great hotel though.
