Family Guest House Zaynullo near old city

Очень удобное расположение, в непосредственной близости от исторических достопримечательностей и мест, где можно перекусить . Очень радушные хозяева. Номер отличный, очень чисто, очень комфортно . Была в номере с видом на минарет. Матрас и подушки очень удобные, постельное белье идеально чистые .

Все отлично. В комнате есть все удобства. Прекрасное расположение: до старого города можно дойти пешком. Вкусный и сытный завтрак. Хозяин всегда на связи и помогает с любым вопросом.

Нам очень понравился гостевой дом. Добродушные и приветливые хозяева. Очень вкусные завтраки. Хозяйка готовит все сама, отдельное ей спасибо. Номер очень уютный. Вечером можно посидеть отдохнуть во дворе. Насладиться аутентичной обстановкой.Вообще все было очень душевно. Месторасположение просто отличное, от всех достопримечательностей очень близко, шаговая доступность. Нам все очень понравилось, всем рекомендую.

Very good location with good price. A young girl who is in college was very friendly. The man was okay too. They may seem a little serious, but try talk to them more will get better, even I prefer to smile more, but it doesn't matter, maybe because of the language. My room has a bathroom and air conditioner. Got towels and shower stuff. With this price I’m so satisfied. I had some misunderstanding with the old woman but was solved, probably a language issue again. I'd like to believe they mean well:)

This is a new guest house and I guess they don't have much experience yet and maybe need a little more time. The breakfast was simple, compared to other cities I've been to. I stayed for three days and on the last day I wasn't offered breakfast. But I didn't want to ask. Check out time was 11am. It was a large house with what looked like a lot of rooms with a large yard. My room was special, on the second floor with nice yard view. But the curtains were outside the door to my room and the door was transparent, which meant that anyone could pull the curtains from the door and see what I was doing in my room, although I didn't meet anyone do like that. There was no hairdryer, but not a big problem in the summer. Little bit worried about the cleanliness of the beddings. I was going to store my luggage, because the train was at four in the afternoon. But all of them were going out and I went out with my big backpack at eleven in the middle of the day. It's hard to believe that if they are going to do a GUEST HOUSE but there is no way to host your luggage or no one to stay at the house, maybe I was just unlucky and hoped no one was coming to stay that afternoon or you wouldn't be able to CHECK IN. One girl said she hoped I won’t give bad reviews and I said ok at the time. But there are still some issues that I'd like to get off my chest. There are a lot of guest houses in Bukhara, and if you want more praise, you need to be more proactive, professional, and that's the hospitality industry.

Too Poor breakfast

Very good hotel in the old part of Bukhara, all the sights are within walking distance, just 2 minutes walk. Large room, bathroom with all amenities, clean and cozy. Morning breakfast is just amazing. The old lady at the hotel is very helpful.

It’s a scam. I don’t even know where to begin my review to describe all the things that went wrong. First of all, there’s no sink in the bathroom! (Photo attached) They told me I could just brush my teeth in the bathtub. Then, there’s an electric meter right next to fabric curtains (extremely dangerous). There’s also a water heater in the room that’s shared between two rooms. So whenever anyone uses hot water (even guests in another room), there’s a loud and annoying noise. And as if that weren’t enough, behind the curtains there’s a glass door that opens directly into another room. You can imagine my surprise when, in the morning, I moved the curtains and saw two people peacefully sleeping (photo attached). The sheets are just laid on the bed and are shorter than the mattress. And let’s not even talk about breakfast. Definitely one of the worst I had during my trip to Uzbekistan. To make things worse, the old lady took a USED tea bag and poured hot water into my cup. When I pointed out that this was unacceptable, they responded with an annoyed look.

Would be a good enough stay if the owner didn’t try to keep the $31 change after I paid with a hundred dollar fee ($69 for 4 nights). Had to ask for it 3 times, and only got most of it back. Owner kept 60k som as a mandatory tip. Only got breakfast on the first morning, during which the owner complained that “you’re only paying $16 per night for such a great guesthouse, and breakfasts is so expensive to serve”. We also agreed to move to a different cheaper room with twin beds but with a shared bathroom - because we accidentally booked a room with a double bed (that double bed had a horrible old mattress and a glass door with a curtain on the outside. Meaning anyone could move the curtain and see into the room). We then also agreed to waive our included breakfasts because the owner was complaining so much that we were paying so little. Owner would ask me at least once a day to give them a good review. As we were checking out and leaving, they tried to pressure me to write a review before we left the premises. Felt very manipulated and unwelcome the entire time we were there. Also, the shared bathroom wouldn’t drain properly and when we mentioned it, they gave us a plunger and told me to give the bathtub a few pumps. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned once during our 4 nights there. PS the ceiling is low when you go up the stairs, i kept bumping my head on. Needs a sign or something soft to avoid nasty head bumps. When i mentioned it, the owner said “it’s because you’re too tall”. My height is 178 cm/5’10. I realize, though that the family is relatively new to running a guest house. I think once they fix the few minor issues with the premises, and once they realize that giving change back is mandatory and tips are voluntary, they can run a very successful business.

Room is clean,amenities are enough. Shower is hot and enough pressure. Good location and family. Family doesn’t speak English,but they are helpful.

Big, clean, sunny rooms and bathrooms. Huge, luxurius family house with a nice courtyard to have a good breakfast. Five minutes by walk to the main monuments. Quiet walking street. Friendly staff.
