"Bring your mop and buckets—it raining, man 🐳"

Overall good, nice location. But the devil is in the details.

Service is a mess 🤡🤡🤡 We had a flood in the apartment during our stay. The water damaged my laptop, half of the lights went down and we were really scared because of possible short circuit. We tried to contact managers but we got their attention only after coming to their office!!! They didn’t respond via messengers. But they sure timely reminded us to check out on time 🤡 They didn’t send anyone to clean. They didn’t even apologize. Just “Can you send us a picture?” and “We will send someone”. And I really doubt that “someone” actually showed up. On top of that—the neighbors upstairs are having a renovation. It’s really noisy—no chances to get decent sleep or rest during the day. Do I need to mention we didn’t get any “sorry for the inconvenience” bonuses or compensation? And Booking.com thinks that the situation is not worth even partial compensation. And you can check out a cool view of the building. I think, the property owners are rally nailing that Tel Aviv Bauhaus vibe.

"Passable"

The location is central. There is a washing machine and a dryer.

The building is being renovated so there is construction and noise early morning. The TVs don't work properly. The host isn't fully attentive to messages, it's all automated.
