- the location is not very easy reachable, if you have luggages it’s not so easy - parking is 5 mins away, you have to walk with your luggages on the street with no sidewalk. Also, the parking is near a construction site, and the car was full of residues when we left. - inside it is not renovated, not clean, the bathtub looks horror, there were spider webs in one of the rooms. The matresses are horrific, and the terrace looks no way near like the photos. They even left rests in the kitchen, you do not have plates, etc.

Die Aussicht war Hervorragend. Es war auch alles vorhanden was man brauchte.

Es gibt keinen Parkplatz an der Unterkunft. Das stimmt überhaupt nicht. Parkplatz ist öffentlich ca. 800 m entfernt. Man muss über eine Hauptverkehrsstrasse laufen ohne Bürgersteig. Mit Kindern eine Zumutung. Die gesamte Unterkunft war nicht wirklich sauber. Der Whirlpool war auch nicht sauber. Super schlechtes Elternbett.

L'accueil est très agréable, superbe écoute de Francesco. L'emplacement de la maison est magique et parfait pour profiter de la vue sur le lac à tout moment. De la maison, impossible d'aller directement dans le lac, à noter. La maison est grande pour séjourner sans marcher sur les valises. ;) Le lieu est très calme et la situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter les environs. Le bus passe juste à côté pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas galérer à garer leurs voitures autour du lac.

La maison n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. La cuisine est petite et assez mal équipée. Le parking est loin (pour les bagages) et la route (route principale) à traverser est vraiment dangereuse surtout avec des enfants.

Highly recommend for the stay at Lago di Como! The apartment offers a breathtaking view that you can enjoy from a spacious terrace – perfect for relaxing or having a dinner with a view. The apartment is spacious and tidy. The co-host was exceptionally kind and helpful, providing all the information we needed and making us feel very welcome.

Just be aware that the check-in window is quite limited – only between 15:00 and 17:00. Arriving outside of this timeframe comes with an extra fee of €30, so make sure to plan your arrival accordingly :)

The views from the appartment are awesome. The house is spacious and it has everything you need.

It was a bit difficult to reach the house with all our luggage but if you go with light luggage its ok

The house offers a breathtaking view of the lake. Waking up and having breakfast in the morning was a delight. The terrace was fantastic. Our host, Francesco, was very kind and always available, offering great suggestions for places to visit and eat. The house itself is nice and clean, with ample space for a family stay. Parking is available nearby, and there is a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. However, I would note that getting to the house from the main road can be quite an adventure and might be a bit challenging for families with small children or elderly members.
