Unique residence with garden and sea view

The apartment is wonderful, with gorgeous garden where you can rest after sightseeing tour. It is quite spacious, freshly renovated, with air conditioning in both bedrooms and has everything you might need on your travel. It's located ~15 min walk form the city center to the east and nice little beach to the west. The owner is remarkably hospitable, friendly and helpful.

The owner said that the garden is often visited by cats, but none came while we were there :( Other than that there is really nothing to complain about, everything was perfect

Really lovely flat that is well located for old town, the palace and the beaches. All you could want and very clean and spacious. Loads of outside space and a secure outside corridor beside the terrace ( good for drying beach wear etc). Excellent. Irma was really helpful with her advice and very kind.

Nice spacious house, with garden. House looks freshly renovated and everything we needed was there. Irma was quick to reply and very friendly.

Residence has an own parking space, but getting in it was a bit difficult for us

Absolutely charming, new and spotless clean, well equipped, very good beds and the terrace is an absolute highlight, we loved it! The hostess was very helpful and nice, always there if needed. It’s close enough to walk everywhere and far enough to have peaceful nights, perfect for us.

The host, Irma was very accommodating and sweet. She was quick to respond to all our questions and needs. She even brought us beach towels and a change of sheets during our stay. The place is conveniently located. It is walking distance to old town, the beach and the grocery stores. The place is very modern and clean with new amenities throughout the house. The balcony has a beautiful partial sea view and lots of greenery and plenty of room to hang out and have meals. The beds are super comfortable and kids enjoyed free Netflix on the TV. Irma was a super host.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

I highly recommend Unique residence when in Split. I stayed for a couple of days and me and my husband were the first visitors. The place is completely renovated and brand new, with very charming design! A plus is a beautiful garden for chilling and eating outside. I came by car but I did not used it as the city center is 10min walking by The West side and 10min walk from nicest city beaches like Kastelet. The position is the best and the neighborhood is very quiet and elite. Thank you Irma for the warm welcome!
