"Exceptional"

Amazing Host named Chanel was always helpful and responded swiftly. The place was very comfortable and a perfect place to just relax and unwind. Perfect for a family who wants their kids to take a break from technology and just swim, play table tennis and darts. Space is perfect for a family birthday party celebration.

We liked the mountain views, and location & the house has good space for a family to hang out in.

The "heated" pool was pretty cold at 25/26 degrees. The whole reason we booked this house was to hang out in the pool all day with the kids and family - but hardly any of us swam much as it was just soo cold the whole time. Requested it to be warmer, but the temp didn't really change much. It should have been set to be about 30-35 degrees from when we arrived. Then it would have been an amazing hands down winner of a vacation, but because of the cold water, it was actually a waste of money and a downer on the whole vacation. Also a lot of things don't work properly or need maintenance, or are just old so not as comfortable as you'd hope for that price. + there is a growing builders rubble mound next to the glass doors so most of your view is of a rubbish dump which sucks & brings in tons of dust.

I liked the venue and the security their off. I enjoyed the entertainment area and the house was neat and had all the necessary equipment.

I would've liked a heated pool pump. Because the weather wasn't warm so the pool inside was cold a heated pump for such a facility would be great especially when people go camping out of the summer season which would attract even more campers.

The house was very spacious..especially entertainment area. The swimmingpool,table tennis made extra pleasant.

The fact that water in swimmingpool was not at the warm...as it was suppose so be at 26 degress

Cozy family home perfect for spending time with family lots of fun facilities to do together…. Lovely entertainment area and The walking trail was great

We arrived and no one was available to receive us well they were not aware people were arriving my husband had to call the security company then we got in and had to mop a flood of water first at this this I was livid wifi was not working and the pool was supposed to be heated clearly it was ice cold we had a lovely agent lady Chanel that tried her very best to make us comfortable bless her.
