Camere ampie, unica cosa positiva...abbiamo avuto un disagio che descrivo nelle note negative

Dal soffitto scendeva acqua che ogni notte allagava bagno e cucina, il proprietario è stato avvisato, se il problema non verrà risolto sappiate che a settembre era già presente

Apartment is near old town for about 20 minute walk.

Apartment is located in a very bad neighborhood with garbage everywhere on the sidewalk and graffiti along the street. We felt unsafe for our family during our entire stay for 3 nights. Upon check in, owner provided only first door code upon arrival in front of the building and second door code upon arrival on third floor with a camera above the apartment door watching us. Owner did not provide door codes ahead of time like any other rental places. This door code and security camera arrangement is a sign of personal safety concern for our entire stay in the neighborhood. After immediate checked in, the toilet was plugged and did not clean. Contacted owner to come unplug and he blamed us for throwing paper towel in the toilet. Our impression owner did not want to come fix the problem. This apartment is located on third floor with narrow steep stairs to climb and no elevator, making very difficult to bring luggage. Apartment is small 3 bedroom with only 1 toilet and 1 shower in a very small room. Shower is extremely small with a size about 2 feet by 2 feet area standing. If you are a bigger person, you will not be able to use this shower. During our stay, we felt owner is constantly watching us by a security camera above front door and possibly hidden cameras inside the apartment. Overall, this rental apartment is located in a bad, dirty neighborhood with serious personal safety concerns. We will not come back at all and do not recommend others to stay here for personal safety and privacy concerns.

Location is great. Water pressure was good. Nice sized refrigerator. Air conditioning!!!

Shower was so tight it was difficult to wash your legs. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 3 days. I had to go buy toilet paper. There isn’t an easy way to provide your passport to the owner. I didn’t see him/her once just demands for my passports. Email through booking.com does not work.
