Food and staff

The seaview room had leaks in the bathroom and a strong odor. However, the staff addressed the issue immediately by cleaning the room and providing a partial refund. If you plan to stay here, I would not recommend booking a seafront room, as it may experience leaks again during heavy rain.

The place is really nice, even better than the pictures. The food was amazing and the staff were very hospitable. It is a place to recommend to all my friends.

This hotel is a true gem. The service is incredible, the cleanliness is impeccable, the food is delicious, and the diving team is very professional. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. Don’t hesitate you’re guaranteed to have an amazing holiday here.

Clean common areas. Great view of the sea, sunset view beats Boracay. Delicious food, head of F&B knows what they’re doing.

Just to be as attentive to Filipino as much as foreign guests, sometimes the staff have a tendency to prioritize other nationalities over kababayan guests. But overall, the staff had been very nice and accommodating.
