Studio with rooftop pool in Boynton Beach

Had a good vibe. Great light and tastefully decorated. Was well organized and had everything I needed. Apartment was a corner unit so quiet with a spacious balcony and pretty view. Very safe

The location and parking were great, the space was clean, and the host was very responsive. While the kitchen was small, it was well-equipped with everything we needed.

The large, oval bathtub was somewhat awkward to step into for a shower. In my opinion, it might pose an accessibility challenge for guests with mobility issues. The shower curtain and the rug in the living area could use a refresh. These are small updates, but I believe they would make a significant difference. Otherwise, we had no issues during our stay.

The location, the building was beautiful- it was perfect for us

The only drawback was that there was some construction going on outside of our window.

The balcony is nice and we appreciated the coffee pods. The bed is comfortable. I wouldn’t want to sleep on the pullout sofa. The gym is small but great and the pools are beautiful…once you locate them.

A lower price was offered in the binder on the counter: no service fee and 15% less if you contacted the owner directly. The lack of information about facilities is truly unfortunate and cast a big shadow on our stay. Allow for at least an hour to check in at the front desk, get cleared, then get the key to the apartment inside of a cabinet with perhaps 75-100 lockboxes that are not in order and poorly marked, get to the apt, get the key to enter the garage, go back down, get back in your car and get to the parking space. From that point, good luck finding the apartment. It took us 4 days to find the best route back to the car as the apartment is on the 3rd floor but the car is parked on the 4th level garage. There are 2 towers…it’s a huge place. I thought i had booked a place with a gym and a pool, but there was no information about it in the book, not even a simple floor number. I even went back to the listing but couldnt find the info. We asked around and found it. Pool is lovely as is gym. The toilet required us to reach in the tank several times in order to flush. The staff at the front desk do their best. The host said he tried to call me after I wrote an unhappy note, but there was no message left. No surprise there.

The balcony view is what sold me. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The studio was cute and provided everything you needed. It was nice and quiet for the most part (sometimes loud dog barks woke us). It was easy to get to the place from the garage. The tub and shower were nice and big. The host was responsive. Indoor garage. We received coupons for the cafe and pizza place. We felt very safe there. Close to beaches. I'm happy they provided disinfecting wipes under the sinks.

The a/c vents don't directly blow onto the bed, so it felt hot while we slept sometimes. One of the remotes had dead batteries, so we had to keep switching them with the big remote. The ice maker only worked once then stopped. Could use some sugars/sweeteners for the coffee. An extra beach chair would have been nice, since there was only one.

The bed was super comfortable which is extremely important, the garage was a nice convenience, the kitchen and keurig machine were great, the 3 minute drive to the beach was fabulous, and the whole apartment and building were beautiful and upscale. The security was impressive as well
