"Overall Great"

9.0

Great location within walking distance of everything. There is plenty of room and amenities. Eric, the host, is fantastic. He allowed us to delay our trip by a week because of the blizzard and at no extra cost.

The "reverse quiet hours"rules were a bit daunting. We didn't really hang out in the loft much during the day, but when we did, we felt like we were walking on eggshells, trying not to be too loud for the business below. No one complained because we stuck to the rules, but I would have liked to have known about it before I booked the place. Perhaps it's posted more transparently on other platforms, but not on booking.com. The stairs leading up to the loft were covered in snow and ice. I had to clean it off myself to be able to access it. Again, the host was most accommodating with the dates due to the recent snowstorm, so I am able to overlook this small detail for the most part. It's not a problem during warm months!
