A confort property in a very nice location

The quality of linen and toals

This stay was horrific. We had torrential rains and the house leaked through the ceilings into the bedrooms. The management company did not help when advised . We mopped with towels and sheets. The next day they brought a mop. Too little too late. They did not come in and assess the problem. It leaked 2 more times so we could not sleep in the bedrooms. Very poor electrical system, could not use 2 appliances at once. 2 burners on stove tripped the circuit. Would not recommend staying here.

The Homing Team were excellent to deal with very professional, the location was fantastic really private and safe. The outside area is absolutely stunning. The Villa is dated but I really liked the layout and I prefer dated, but it may not suit everyone’s taste.

The driveway was annoying, the wrong gate is being used as the entrance. Maybe a few more wine glasses, and a good overall clean.

Lovely villa, nice pool & gardens. The beds were very comfortable. The area was very quiet. Lovely restaurant around the corner. The Marina was only a 35 minute walk with plenty of restaurants. Golf course 5 mins away from villa.

Could have done with larger water & wine glasses. Some table cloths & more tea towels would have been nice.

lovely location, not very far from vilamoura

overall the property was very tired and unclean. only had cups for 3 people and one wine glass! the villa was intended for 6. Lots of ants in the property which we had to sweep daily. no welcome pack to the house or the area. was told someone would meet us at the property and we had to call to be given a code to the key box. two driveways to the property and the one to the main door blocked off with an advertising board which meant having to walk over grass in the dark to reach the entrance. pool was dirty and many lights didn’t work.

Villa is a 35 minute walk to Marina but we didn't mind that, area was very quiet, property was clean and well looked after, kids loved the pool, which is one of the main reasons we booked it
