Dimora Carezza - Breez Apulian Apartments

Super appartement, confortable et très bien équipé. L’emplacement est un peu en dehors du centre, permet de s’éloigner du centre touristique tout en restant accessible. La gestionnaire est très arrangeante et toujours disponible. Je recommande vivement !

The apartment was amazing! The building was new, so everything was fresh and modern. The location was perfect for us – the apartment is within comfortable walking distance of the old town and city center, and it's close to the train station. Also the Tuesday market area is just around the corner. The hosts don’t provide shampoo or laundry detergent, so make sure to bring your own. We would gladly stay again!

The decor is nice, but the bed is really uncomfortable. There was noise outside the entire night, and the location felt really unsafe.

The property lists “air conditioning” which is the main reason we booked here. When we arrived, it was warm, but we were going out to dinner. Their customer service confirmed it should be working and even played along with telling us how we should be able to lower the temperature on the panel. When we came back from dinner, it was 25 degrees Celsius in the room so we continued to text with property for hours. They were just telling us to keep trying, but nothing was working. He even said, “just open the windows”. But, it is not in a safe neighborhood and there are metal shutters which need to remain open for the window to be open, and the balcony lights could not be turned off. In the middle of the night, they finally heard back from the owners of the property who said “we do not use air conditioning in Italy in April”. That is obscene, and untrue. More importantly, it should be listed on the property if they do not offer air conditioning most of the year. We have filed 4 complaints and they have not responded. We had a terrible experience and didn’t sleep at all. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable. I did not want to write a public review and hoped they would refund us for our stay so we could move on. But I also want to prevent anyone else from having such an awful experience like we did.
