Entire rental unit in Grünerløkka, Norway

A lot within walking distance; my sister and I found a great concert at the Sentrum one of the nights we were there.

I've never written a bad review but, I have to share that this stay was beyond disappointing. When we arrived we found piles of dirty laundry, garbage in the garbage cans, and a clogged bathroom sink. When I let the host know, they apologized and said they'd send the cleaners. But the next day, after we'd gotten back from a day of exploring Oslo, no one had been there. We contacted the host again. They again expressed apology and said they'd refund the cost of our stay. There was nothing left for us to do other than push the piles of laundry into a corner, try to unclog the sink ourselves, and go about our night. It is a nice enough apartment (even though most of the bedding was tattered and not in good shape); however, the lack of cleanliness negated that. And the lack of host follow thru is why I'm writing this review. We understood that these kinds of things can happen (i.e., a cleaning service not showing up when scheduled) but the host just paid lip service to the issue and then never did anything. After months of trying to get the promised follow through...nothing. No response. As a rule, my family and I choose to make the best of things so, this didn't ruin our stay but it could have (the rest of our Norway trip was phenomenal). I just hope you have a better experience.

Det var svårt att få kontakt med värden före resan. För att komma in i boendet måste vi upprepade gånger ta kontakt med värden. Boendet var ostädat då vi kom på plats. Det var många småsaker som inte fungerade eller var sönder t.ex lampor och toalettens spolknapp saknades. Ugnen gick inte att använda då den var så smutsig.

Ήταν κοντά σε μια πολύ καλή πιτσαρία και σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο.

Το καζανάκι ήτανε χαλασμένο,τα μαγειρικά σκεύη βρώμικα, η θέρμανση μέτρια, υπήρχαν απλωμένα βρεγμένα σεντόνια και πετσέτες, είχαμε κλείσε διαμονή για έξι άτομα και είχε στρωμένα μόνη δύο κρεβάτια (δηλ. για τέσσερα άτομα). Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν πάρα πολύ κακή και αργή πήρε μήνες να απαντήσει. Και το νερό δεν ήταν αρκετά ζεστό έφτανε μετά βίας για τρία άτομα τη μέρα.
