Apartament Plaja-Mamaia Nord-Casa del Mar

1). Very spacious 2-room apartment (1 bedroom plus 1 open space living room, both of which feature wide double beds). We were three adults, but it would also be comfortable for two couples, even with small kids. Large balcony, nice setting to have your breakfast, dinner or just a drink. Bathroom with shower in the master bedroom, plus extra toilet. 2). All the fixtures and fittings you can possibly need (air conditioning - just in the living, two TV sets, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, cutlery, etcetera). 3). Good location in the better part of Mamaia Nord. Although the thoroughfare connecting Mamaia to Navodari is busy and rather noisy, soundproofing is very good. Casa del Mar is next to posh residential compounds (Nordis on one side, Axxis Nova Resort on the other. The latter has several more blocks of flats to be built in the following years, which will obstruct part of the view. Pretty good choice of restaurants in the neighborhood. 4). Very close to the sea. On one day we went to the Axxis beach nearby, which has very comfortable sunbeds at acceptable prices. H2O, just a bit further away, is ridiculously expensive. On the second day we went to Play Beach (a few minutes drive, or about half an hour on foot), not that fancy but more reasonably priced for the rest of us mortals.

Nothing to note. That said, the whole district of Mamaia Nord is already overdeveloped and will get uncomfortably crowded and in just a couple of years.

Our stay at the apartment was perfect! The location was ideal for our trip and the apartment itself was clean and spacious. Very modern and well equipped. Adrian was very helpful and gave us lots of information about the area and property which made our stay straightforward and stress free. Would stay here again if we come back! 😊

It was a very nice place. Exactly like in the photos. Adrian, the owner was very helpful and kind to us from the first minute. The apartmant was amazing, everything was very clean and comfy. I really recommend Casa del Mar to everyone. Even if you want a chill holiday, but even if you are young and want to go to parties. Loft Mamaia is max 6-7 min from Casa del Mar and the party on Saturday night was amazing near the beach. All in all, it was amazing, the apartman was 15/10, honestly. In the future, if I go to Mamaia, I will go to Casa del Mar for sure. Perfect 🤗

we liked everything and it was outstanding exceeded our expectations in reality. we enjoyed staying a lot at this place and we were amazed to see how beautiful the appartment is . it has both sea and lake view . true to be honest it’s beats a 7 star hotel room. bed, bedding, washroom , sofa, kitchen, Cutlery was on the top quality. our owner Adrian was very helpful, he allowed us to check in early and allowed checkout delay. my kids , hubby and I were in awwww moment when we first stepped inside the room and said what a great room it seems to be more good than a 7 star as what we said to each other. I would recommend everyone to book this appartment and make this memorable for their life. what u a lively vacation with a lively stay in this kind of appartment make feel special .
