Catullo Lounge and Rooms Near The Airport

La camera assegnatami è una mansarda molto piccola senza finestra, se non una minuscola apetura in punto poco utile. Nemmeno in bagno vi è una finestra, né sistema di aerazione. Soprattutto in estate, ciò rende l’esperienza un po’ claustrofobica e, a mio avviso, rende la richiesta economica inadeguata alle condizioni.

Room was clean

Room was not comfortable for 3 peoples and we called them soo much for taking keys but didn't respond us.they said they has 2 beds in room for 3 peoples but we didn't found second bed.

The location was very close to where I had a conference and it was easy to get to. When I stayed there was more than enough street parking that I could easily find a space for my car. Initially, Alberto was communicative and even messaged me the day before with info on how to get to the property with check in procedures and WiFi information. He was also responsive when I had questions about finding some things around town. Also, when I informed him that the other guests were smoking in the room next door (it's a non smoking property and I am highly sensitive to cigarette smoke as well as have asthma), he handled it immediately. There is an AC/Heating unit (a split) in the room. The water was very hot for showers, which I loved!

There were no blankets provided in the room; only sheets on the bed. I messaged about this with no response in reference to it. I ended up turning on the heat because I was cold (even with sweats and super thick socks) and around 1AM there was a neighbor from the house next door banging on all the doors in the building asking about the it. Upon realizing it was the unit I was using, he asked me to turn it off because it was making too much noise and he could not sleep. This caused a bit of a problem because it was chilly and there were no blankets provided. The neighbor graciously provided blankets. Upon reaching out to Alberto on 19 September about the situation, he never responded to the message. When I reached out again on 22 September saying I'd like to leave a review and that he still hadn't even acknowledged the situation much less apologized for the inconvenience caused, he sent a voice message stating that he had refunded the night's stay. I have asked a couple times for some kind of confirmation that he refunded it; however, I have received no acknowledgement or response since the voice message he sent on 22 September. I also have not received a refund as he indicated in the message. As long as he has the split fixed and put blankets in the room, I am sure the next person's stay will be better than mine; however, if there are any issues that cause conflict, anticipate that he may not respond. The score would've been higher if Alberto had responded to any of the issues I contacted him about or even had just apologized for what happened. Also, to tell me he had refunded me and has failed to provide anything that indicates a refund was given as well as it hasn't been received after a month, gives me pause in reference to his trustworthiness.

Everything is brand new, good looking apartment.

Few things were missing, but its getting there.
