"Clean and comfortable but not one that I would return to or recommend"

The property was clean and comfortable. The host communicated well and responded promptly to questions.

The biggest difficulty was parking which was roadside parking and often very limited and often had to park a couple of streets away. Although this is noted in the welcome pack on arrival it is not mentioned in the description - simply that public parking is available. Also the second bedroom is in the basement down some very steep steps and without natural light - this definitely needs to be highlighted in the description as it is not easily accessible for everyone. Thankfully my son was happy to sleep there but I would not have stayed in that room.
