"Quirky and comfortable"

Great communication pre stay. Warm welcome. Tea, coffee and milk on arrival. Well equipped and so dog friendly. Our two spaniels became very good friends with the resident hare! Ideally located for the coast and Lincoln.

Greeted by the hosts on arrival, very helpful and informative. There was absolutely everything you needed for the stay. Peaceful location and lots to do in the surrounding areas and walks with maps within the property. We would love to stay again in the future.

Lovely location, very clean and sensibly equipped, comfortable and warm, warmly welcomed

It’s an old building which is great, lots of character, but that also means small windows and so you lose the lovely views once inside

Everything, for someone who spends alot of time in hotels and other sorts of accommodation this is right up there with the best. We was even shown around their farm. Great stay

"Fabulous stay in a very unique coach house"

Beautiful apartment in a coach house. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything for staying in self catered accommodation. Lovely little touches with the local plum bread and free vegetables. Delicious local honey to purchase. Lovely hosts and even an invitation to ride on a Combine Harvester. Beautiful countryside but perfect for visiting Louth and Lincoln. A perfect retreat to come back to after a hectic day.
