PKI liked almost everything about this property. Location was awesome, host was kind and helpful. On top of that the apartment was luxurious with everything in place for the family. Nice & cozy bedrooms, spacious living room, balcony with stunning view, clean & spacious bath rooms with bath tub and a kitchen with everything you may need to feel like home. I would like to mention the name of Mr. Lim & Mr. Kenneth who know how to provide comfort to the guests. Very nice gentlemen!
I liked almost everything except for the shuttle service which was there for the transfer to Sky World. The shuttle service runs every hour but its occupancy is always very high. We missed it on day 3 just because there was no space. I would suggest running it every 30 minutes instead of one hour to provide more travel flexibility.

Room facing was not as posted. Blanket was stained, Towel have unclean smell, toilet seats have shit stain, balcony was not clean, room sofa was stained and dirty, underneath Bed and Sofa was dusty and full of rubbish, balcony door hard to open, room door got no stopper, no fan to ventilate air, body itchy sleeping on the bed.

The hygiene of the property needs more attention. I saw a few small cockroaches around the stove and the water dispenser when i wake up in the morning. Probably better to get the pest control to spray on the unit.
MYMYMYI like that the room has a good location, easily accessible. Nice view from balcony facing mountain. Low density, and lobby has convenience store, burger stall & shuttle bus to sky world. Chair and table at balcony. Comfortable bedding and air con works well.
The smell of the property needs improvement. The kitchen sponge is black, dishes not washed properly. There is no Netflix app to watch movies, use external browser. Not enough toilet paper for a large group. I would suggest to book this property if 5 people want to stay, they have extra bed but need to put on floor.
