Executive Premium Urban Suites - Jelutong

The apartment was great, 2 big bedrooms, 1 giant tv in the living room and another tv in the master room. Very comfortable and the facilities are really good for families with children. The apartment is well equipped with cookies facilities and is in much better condition than the one I stayed in during my previous visit. U gonna love it. Parking on level 4 which is much better than on level 9 in my last visit.

Nothing to dislike about.

I was really not happy with the lift because it's took to long to wait for the lift.last day before check out we was waiting more than 30 minutes waiting for the lift. after that we was taking desicion to take stairs from 22 floor to the 8 floor parking really tired 😩

Owner very helpful. The homestay comfort me. Didn't have problem with the homestay except....lift condition..

The elevator problem is too much. I have to wait around 30 to 45 minutes to get the lift. If not lucky, can go up to 1 hour😫.. If u have old folks better don't come here.. my husb have to get down by stairs from level 22. My other family member stay at level 36 also have to go down at G level by stairs. They also ever been stuck in the lift for about 30 minutes and the lift FULL with peoples. We all really trauma stay here😅
