"Mismanaged and overpriced."

Location

Not clean, mould in shower, disgusting pillows, old towels, dirty crockery, not as advertised - supposed to be 1 bedroom but was a studio unit, no instructions how to use the oven. Spent hours scrubbing the place at my cost and bought some crockery and towels to make my stay more pleasant. There were 2 of us, but only 1 was allowed biometrics to get in and out of the unit. Mismanaged and overpriced.

Both Nikki & Yaksha were extremely pleasant to deal with and most helpful. Their communication with me was excellent !

The security arrangements (biometrics) were not user-friendly as the office only opened during certain daytime hours. Arriving (as I did) at night made this more complicated & difficult for me to enter the hotel / room etc. This was beyond the control of the very good people (Nikki & Yaksha) that I dealt with as the security arrangements were managed by the hotel itself. Only through excellent support / service via Yaksha was I accompanied (very late after hours) to to my room. I obtained security access the next day.
