Clean n nice

Calm/silent neighbourhood. Clear instruction from the owner. Has a nice washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware and stove. Parking can fit a small car (if parked vertically, from the front gate to the door). Might work for 2 axia in L shape parking style (if you regard yourself As a pro, then it's a yes)

I don't like that it doesn't have a smart tv.. Especially when we all decide not to go out at night. It's a bit boring to enjoy just a basic njoy show. And the WiFi connection is unreachable. The house is in good condition. And clean. But there's room for improvement where the carpet can be cleaned/changed after a stay or two. It's very greasy/uncomfortable to step on especially the one in the kitchen. Ps; i was told there's a group staying before mine. They checked out at 12.. Received a call from the owner and asked if i was inside the premise at 240ish pm. Bcs this group left something. I proceed to say that i wasn't there yet, and will only check in at 5 pm forward. Great thing that the owner tried their best to take out the rubbish and make the bed before my stay. Yet, i hope the owner could do some moping as the floor is somewhat a bit uncomfortable to step on . (I know it sounds a bit irrelevant for me to ask the owner to do better clean up, especially knowing there's someone staying before us) But i need the comfy-ness. I don't mind the owner left their personal belongings in the house. Cuz after all it's their house. Thank you for the nice stay.
