位置不错，步行到哪里都方便，楼下就是小火车。厨房和洗衣设备不错。真会卫生条件不错，没有发霉和破损的东西，阳台视野很好，停车方便，酒店旁边的停车场和一楼接待处，房主沟通后可以免费停。入住流程写的比较细，误以为很繁琐，其实就是取电梯卡和入户密码两个环节。

卫生间地面比较滑，需要小心。毛巾浴巾需要换新的了，另外洗手盆和淋浴房的洗手液和沐浴露装置不太好用，不太能挤出足够的。
