L'ampiezza e la bellezza dell'appartamento. Il rapporto qualità prezzo dell'offerta che ho trovato. Se ne troverò ancora una simile, tornerò di certo con la mia famiglia.

Mauro me escribió por WhatsApp para preguntarme sobre que hora iba a llegar. Como no iba a estar presencialmente me envió las instrucciones para el check in. Muy fácil. Le pregunté por un parking y también me respondió rápidamente. Las instalaciones perfectas. Como tenía disponibilidad me ofreció una habitación superior, todo muy nuevo, con su ducha y su bañera jacuzzi. Muy bien la habitación. Respecto a la ubicación pues a 10-15min de la catedral caminando.

Room was clean

Upon arrival, it was difficult to figure out if the building was condemned. The website stated permanently closed. I knew there was no elevator, but I also could not find lights I. the stairwell, it was dusty, dark and felt unsafe. No live person or receptionist was seen tor 3 days., not communicated by text and email. Gave an 18 page instructions attachment for the guest. The mattress was uncomfortable, my back hurt each morning.

- Clean - Nice furniture and design - Comfortable bed - Quiet apartment - Drinking water tap provided in the shared kitchen - Good airconditioning & possibility to let it run without making noise which comes in handy when trying to sleep for example

- There were construction works going on during the time of our stay, so if we opened the windows, we had quite some noise from this. However, with the windows closed, there was no problem. - There could be provided a bit more facilities in the kitchen. For example, some salt, pepper, and baking oil would be nice since it is quite inconvenient to buy this when only staying in the apartment for a few days. Also, good cutting knives and a cutting board would come in handy. Additionally, a bin for kitchen waste was missing. It would be handy if this is provided as well. - There are a few lights in the bathroom that are connected to a ventilator system, so once you turn on the lights, the ventilator system starts and you cannot turn that system off if you want to keep the light on. The noise from this is a bit annoying. - In the bathroom, the ventilator system or another type of system sometimes starts working suddenly in the bathroom. Since the door of the bathroom to the bedroom doesn’t close properly, this is inconvenient because you can hear the noise from this system(s) when lying in bed. - No terrace - No line outside to dry your clothes or towels

Foi uma grata surpresa ao chegarmos, pois na entrada não temos ideia da gracinha que é o quarto. Super limpo e perfumado.

Top notch accomodation!

The breafast provided did not make sense from any nutrition perspective, except the coffee of course that was excellent. But luckily there where a grocery store right outside.
