Le Dame di Sicilia Sicilian Vintage Rooms

I had an exceptional experience at Le Dame di Sicilian Vintage Rooms. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The room was immaculate, and the staff were incredibly kind and warm throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Mauro, who went above and beyond when my flight was unexpectedly canceled. He arranged for me to stay an extra day in a beautiful room, ensuring my extended stay was comfortable and stress-free. The entire team deserves credit for their warm welcome and attentive service. They truly made my stay memorable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, making it easy to explore all that Palermo has to offer. I highly recommend booking a room when visiting Palermo for an unforgettable stay.

The location is close to the pedestrian zone and walkable to the major sites of the city. The room was very clean and plenty spacious. The freestanding spa tub in the alcove was especially nice and the bathroom had a bidet and a shower with a door that closed (not common in European bathrooms). The housekeeper (I apologize for not remembering her name) was super sweet and helped connect us to a tour guide for the city. The air-conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. Free Wifi (but rather weak beyond the Lobby). Nice Breakfast room, despite the very restricted use. Mauro was generally quick to respond by text, or phone call. They sent access information shortly after booking and followed up closer to arrival.

The building itself is old and under renovation with no lift. The accommodation is 3 un-airconditioned flights up and quite dark until you learn where the light switches are (no motion control). It's in an old neighborhood on a noisy main street (contrary to another review) the windows are NOT soundproof and earplugs were required to sleep. There is a kitchenette/breakfast room, but usage is restricted to 1- 1/2 hours in the morning, and even then not for cooking. The coffee maker is also a bit unusual and instructions would be nice. The bed is very firm and the pillows are not soft either - for us this was not comfortable. There are also not enough electrical outlets - I had to plug in my phone by the clothing rack, and the tea kettle had to be plugged-in in the bathroom.

The accommodation is nicely furnished and walkable to the center. Really good not expensive groceries two steps from the house - also bakeries/greengrocers. Air conditioning and wifi work well. The staff was friendly. Easy check-in/-out.

Everything was fine, we recommend the accommodation. Neighbors were drilling something in the house even at 2am, every day during our stay.. it was a bit unpleasant when falling asleep. The stairs and the view from the balcony are also under reconstruction, so the view from the room was not nice (the pic), but I believe that it will be fixed in time (we didn't mind because when you enter the accommodation it is really modern)

The place is super nice! Very clean, modern, and equipped with everything you need. The location is also very good, with the Massimo Theatre just 10 minutes away and the city center within walking distance. Highly recommend for a couple's stay ☺️

Well located, clean and comfortable accommodation in Palermo. Restaurants, markets and tourist attractions were within walkable distance.

the accommodation is excellently furnished, very clean, in a perfect location in the center. parking is possible in the parking garage 3 minutes away. everything was perfect, highly recommended.
