Un poco retirado de la playa, son un poco exageradas las reglas sobre el ruido. Salí al balcón a ver una serie en mi celular y un guardia me comentó que escuchaba música, que por favor bajara el volumen..... sin bocinas jeje

None of the three TVs functioned. We had to buy an HDMI to hook up our computer to watch TV. Then the Internet froze and had to be reconnected approximately every 10-15 minutes. Probably four-five times during a one-hour show. There was no one to help us with our issues when we tried to watch. After hours. No beach/pool towels. No dryer sheets. The A/C did not work well in the room with the larger bed. The room stayed much warmer than the rest of the house. The shower in that room is also broken. It is loose from the wall. The shower water can only be very cold or very hot. Shuts off when the handle reaches what would be the desirable medium heat. There is mold on the outdoor cushions. The washing machine makes a loud scary grinding sound. Seems like the bare minimum of what should be provided in a medium upscale property. The written information provided was more threatening than helpful or welcoming: fines, rules, red writing, threats, etc. Very little information about local events, restaurants, activities, history of the island, maps, points of interest, local transportation, history of the property, cultural matters.

The shower was not draining and had to shower in 3 inches of water and only 1 elevator was working properly.
