Palácio Ficalho Townhouse 3 by LovelyStay

Lovely stay provided a spacious one-bedroom apartment with the living room and kitchen on an upper floor and stairs down to the bedroom, water closet, and bathroom with shower and double sinks. The shower was amazing. And actually the bedroom was surprisingly quiet even though it abutted the street. Overall it was very comfortable, even for our month-long stay.

As with many buildings in Lisbon there was a bit of a humidity challenge, but they provided a dehumidifier which certainly helped.

The location was surprisingly quiet and ideal for walking almost anywhere in Lisbon. We loved that there was a keypad for entry and no key to contend with. We weren't expecting the dryer, but we loved that it was included. There was plenty of wardrobe space, and I particularly appreciated that the toilet was separate from the washroom. I used the dedicated workspace every day, and we even figured out how to use the oven. We were glad there was a large refrigerator. The property management was very responsive to messages during the whole process. Overall, we highly recommend this space!

The temperature was wonderful in the early part of May, but it got very hot and humid, especially at night later in the month. Ceiling fans would make a world of difference. We were missing instruction manuals for appliances, but we used the internet to figure them out. The dehumidifier had to be emptied every few hours. The hot water was TOO hot and should be turned down a bit, especially as the tempatures rose in May and we were not able to get cool water in the shower until the hot water ran out. It would have been nice to have another set of towels and sheets for long-term stays. These comments are more for the property managers and I have no doubt they will make these minor improvements.
