THGood-sized Room. Big comfortable bed. Good food at restaurant. Hot showers. Great staff who help you out,
TV has only one channel - Thai and it was selling stuff. Not news etc.. Fortunately I had a book. Loud music from across the street came upstairs at hotel very loudly. I at first thought it was inside the hotel. THat was evening and quite late.
AUIt’s in a great location and the staff are helpful and friendly. Overall I think the value for money is quite good. We had a room at the front overlooking the river and mountains which was beautiful.
It’s very noisy in the street outside with live music across the road every night. Then the next door neighbour has roosters that crow in the morning. The bathroom has a bit of a smell but it wasn’t overwhelming. Also, on the booking it says breakfast included but there’s free tea/coffee and other breakfast options for purchase for 25,000 Kip.

Very smelly drain in the bathroom, general cleanliness was not great, lots of small ants in the room. Staff barely spoke to us, didn’t get a clean towel or more toilet paper offered to us, we had to ask for it. They also tried to overcharge us with a higher exchange rate.

Unlucky our room is opposite to a music bar, it’s so noisy at night. And the beddings smells musty. That’s unbearable.
