"Passable, serve the purpose for short Mumbai stays."

The ACs work well, and hot water is available most of the time in the rooms. The location of this property is very good. Two bus stops are very near and the railway station 2-3 minutes walking. Easy to catch a taxi or order one. Many food options nearby, cheaper as well as fine dining. The Byculla fruits and vegetables market is 3-4 minutes away.

The inattentive persons at the reception. Cleanliness is not taken seriously. The rooms need a thorough cleaning. There is dust and cobwebs in many places. The towels are in a very bad tattered condition. They weren't washed properly as there were strands of hair found.
