The property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and rooms were decent sizes.

It only had one toilet and that was in the bathroom. I would look to pop a toilet under the stairs.

Pippa nd Leo hv a beautiful house for your stay and we had a long 19 nights .. very aesthetically decorated with room for 6 ppl ... fully stocked with cutlery, Crockery... old style wooden furniture ... feeling of home away from home. Lovely paintings on all walls, comfy beds nd a beautiful back garden. Good cleaning service and we had asked for it once during the stay ... fully stocked with all essential supplies.

Absence of a dryer esp whn it was raining ... though the clothes rack was there. Missed a food processor/ mixie in the kitchen esp whn staying for so long. The heater mechanism did give some problem initially ... but Pippa did help us with the intervention of a plumber. Some door knobs are rickety ... may need a change. The 2nd bedroom though spacious can accommodate only children or a single adult ... it is not a Queen bed. The living room upholstery needs to be washed ... mere vacuuming will not help. A single bathroom was a discomfort so you hv to work around it.

Rubbish Not cleared when we arrived Hosts not very friendly or responsive

The house is comfortable and very well equipped, it was so nice we spent a couple of evenings in to make the most of it. The garden is lovely and a sun trap. There are shops and 2 train stations in walking distance. We found a wonderful restaurant (The Garden of Easton) that did an all day breakfast about a 15 minutes walk near Stapleton Road train station. The local area has some lovely places to walk and was very clean we didn't see any litter, also the people we met in the pub and supermarkets were all very friendly. We spent our last night in the Plough Inn a couple of minutes walk away where we were made to feel very welcome . I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable house.

Misleading description of garden knee high grass, big step down and holes that were a trip hazard. House backed on to bus depot which was noisy early mornings. Faulty shower screen and shower. No on site parking, parking was on street in very narrow road with 2 wheels on pavement. Tyndall Rd cull de sac containing poor quality housing and opposite HMO.
