Fantastic size for 4 adults. Really comfortable, Fort Chambray itself is unbeatable! A tranquil escape, we had such a relaxing holiday. Mario was fantastic and so fast to reply to requests for extra towels and arrival information. Thanks again!

We did like the complex overall. Although, it is a shame that there is no infrastructure around the pool (no deckchairs) and that it closes already at 7 pm. The host was responsive during our stay, but that doesn’t change the fact that the accommodation simply did not match what was advertised. Future guests should be aware that the gallery photos do not necessarily represent the apartment they will be assigned.

I booked this accommodation well in advance, at a time when many apartments in the holiday complex were still available. After careful research, I chose this one—even though it was almost double the price—because of the beautiful surroundings shown in the listing. Imagine our disappointment upon arrival when we realised that many of the photos were from a different apartment. We deliberately chose the more expensive “Superior Villa” expecting a higher standard, but unfortunately, the experience did not justify the price. The villa was not clean, the bedding and towels and kitchen equirpemtn were minimal, and the internet frequently didn’t work. The outdoor space was much smaller and far less appealing than in the photos or compared to other apartments in the complex, which were well maintained with plants and comfortable furniture. Overall, the price-performance ratio was very poor. The villa felt uninspired and poorly cared for —there was nothing about it that could reasonably be described as “superior.” Although the host insists the listing is accurate, the mixed photo gallery clearly gives a misleading impression—and other guest reviews suggest this is not an isolated case. We felt taken advantage of and disappointed, especially given the high price.
