First of all, 1.Dont get fooled by it's name "FabHotels" 2. Reception guy is just ridiculous in behaviour 3. He denied to accept the "Booking" from Booking.com 4. He misbehave like he cares nobody (At 3:AM he refuses to alot the room saying "merse zagda mat karo" 5. Then he asks for "offline booking" (Spot Booking) 6. Then he cancels our booking (s) from sites like Booking.com etc 8. Rooms are with full of hairs, no proper cleaned linens 9. Bathroom was not cleaned, I saw a Beedi (Desi Cigarette) thrown in toilet, previously used soap was there at basin area 10. TV was not working, it just may be a show piece 11. No hot water available 12. No drinking water available 13. Air conditioning area got FUNGUS 14. Rooms must be allotted as "per hour basis" as I observed the hotel situation 15. No complementary breakfast was given (as it shown free on Booking.com) 16. No support recieved from Booking.com which is totally unprofessional and pathetic 🙏

One room was okay

Booked 3 rooms and two were worst with broken bed and torn sheets

Rooms were hygienic, and service was decent. Location of property near to airport...

Rooms are good for single occupancy. My room was clean, recently painted. Bathroom was fully functional and clean. Beds were comfortable

Nothing. Fab hotels brand quality is too bad. I did not stay in room for more than one minute.

Nice budget hotel to stay for one and really nice clean linens as well as lobby area. I only stayed for one night but that was memorable. Value for money and staff is attentive.
