The floor plan. Plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood.

The lack of maintenance outside We rented this place for the yard for our dogs. Yard was a mess with red poisonous berries growing as ground cover.

We had a grown family of four traveling last minute, we were able to book last minute which was great. Price was fair, house was very clean and just spacious enough. The bedrooms were all spacious, decor was very nicely done, not too much and not too little. The bathrooms were immaculate. Very cozy. Loved the privacy fence and sitting area! Very quiet and clean neighborhood and convenient to everything. Host was very helpful and patient. Very nice overall and will most definitely be booking this unit for all future visits.

The ONLY thing we didn't like were the linens and beds. Not comfortable at all. The pillows and comforters were great. But the mattresses were uncomfortable, no mattress covers, so you can feel the plastic cover that's over the mattress. The sheets were also very thin and stiff. The towels were brand new and had never been washed so they were definitely harsh and scratchy. Add some mattress covers and a little higher quality sheets and bed will probably be decent.
