Die Lage zum Zentrum ist ok. Große Wohnung. Große Terrasse. Eigene Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Gut organisierter Empfang. Supermarkt im Haus.

Sehr wenig Küchenausstattung. Couch im Wohnzimmer unbequem. Großes, unübersichtliches, verwinkeltes Haus.
