The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed

The rooftop pool and the villa pool both lack heating so were quite cold. The Wifi was also down for awhile during my stay. Breakfast timings were also restricted (need to plan in advance).

This is an amazing place to stay. All of the staff are lovely and ensure your stay is special. The suite is comfortable with the bonus of a private pool and breakfast delivered to your room each morning. The location was just a 5 minute walk from the beach and was peaceful but still accessible if you wanted to go to other parts of Canggu or beyond. I would stay again.
