Soul Sanctuary-Direct oceanfront-Million dollars view-King bed-Free Parking-Self check-in

Stayed 5 nights, no one ever brought wash cloths or towels, couldn't use the inside pools or hot tubs, Marijuana smoking on the balconies, vehicle parked sideways for 5 days taking up two spots on the 6th floor, I reported it on day 3. The room was clean the amenities in the room was great, just somewhat disappointing!

Nothing, the pools were nasty and wasn’t heated as advertised. It was a huge disappointment. I will not be staying here again.

Location of the resort was great.

Pictures are deceiving. Upon arrival we found roaches in the kitchen sink and welcomed by a pungent mold/mildew smell which after investigating, we realized was coming from the outdated, dirty and clogged AC unit. Instantly a respiratory allergic reaction began. Sneezing, coughing, and my sinuses began get stuffy. It was so bad that we had to find other amenities outside or room to relax which was the sole purpose of this stay. After kindly and respectfully bringing this to the owners attention we received radio silence until several hours after our check out, which was the next day. We definitely learned a lesson about trust and deception in this industry. The unit is extremely over priced which we excitedly accepted due to last minute booking and the need to recharge after a long week. However, after our experience regret spending our hard earned money with this host. Lesson learned. We are very laid back and casual people so we don’t take this review lightly feeling obligated to share this negative and unpleasant experience.
