"I end up not staying at the property in bed to get a refund on my money. . We ended up staying at Airbnb. I need to get"

When we arrived, they were going to give us a room with two beds. I paid $420.00 for three bedrooms with two baths even though my reservation was for 4 people . The pool was so dirty. Can’t even swim in it. There was no access to the lake directly. The pictures in the website wax very misleading. I want a refund.
