Mandatory Resort Fee (charged at check-in): for stays between 1 to 7 days: USD 40 per day plus tax. For stays between 8 to 29 days: USD 22.50 per day plus tax. For a stay of 30+ days: USD 15 per day plus tax. Valet parking is available for USD 42 per day plus taxes. Important Information About Fees (Paid at Check-In) Please note that all charges listed below are collected at check-in and are not included in the room rate. Resort Fee: 1 to 6 nights: $40 per night 7 to 29 nights: $22.50 per night 30+ nights: $15 per night Parking (per vehicle): First car: $40 per night (1–6 nights) | $15 per night or $105 weekly (7–29 nights) | $9.33 per night or $280 monthly (30+ nights) Second car or more: Same rates as first car (based on length of stay) Visitor parking: $20 flat fee for up to 6 hours Incidentals Hold: A credit card authorization of $110 per night will be held at check-in to cover resort and parking fees. This is released immediately upon check-out, but may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Additional Notes: The credit card and government-issued ID must match the name on the reservation or an accompanying guest. All fees are mandatory and non-negotiable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
