The host upgraded me to the penthouse upon the arrival of the booking. This was a great experience for me and my friends to enjoy our stay better. Can’t fault the property or the host. Definitely recommend.

AMAZING view and fabulous location. The apartment was lovely and Sam was a wonderful host. We will definitely be returning soon!

We are waiting till 5 o'clock to pick up the key...... The host wanted at 6 o'clock..... because they need 3-4 hrs for cleaning that was the reasons. The picture with the flat from the booking site was on a diferent location and the flat itself was a few block away and totally diferent from the booking site picture ( no terrace with hot tube, etc....) On the Kitchen Cabinet we found food, take away food, from April 23 ....a bit smelly but the host light scented candles in all apartment in order to make our stays pleasant. The windows din't have curtains to bloc the light in the morning, the bed was not comfortable at all( probably the cheapest mattress on the market they bought for this apartament) One of the message from the host sound like: "Finally concierge does not like Airbnb customers so if they ask have you come through Airbnb please say no, just say your staying with Sam for the night as mates please. It helps us all otherwise they will cancel your fob and we will have problems getting you back in. " So even if you rent something maybe if consierge find out that you are from Airbnb they cancel your .....Hello ..my Question is do you have a licence for that place ?

The apartment was big

It was dirty. Smelled like cigarettes. The manager of the property was incredibly rude when I expressed that the property was dirty and instead of apologizing he told me I was “lucky to be in his apartment”. Not only is this completely unprofessional, the apartment literally had barely any toiletries and all of them were extremely cheap. Some of the pillows on the bed did not have covers and the blanket in the living room smelled disgusting meaning that it hasn’t been washed in god knows how long. I would also like to point out that the manager of the property said he “doesn’t mind me smoking” meaning that this was clearly a smoking property although in says “non smoking” on booking.com. There was hairs in one of the showers and all over the sinks and bathtub. I found a bracelet inside one of the toilets which further indicates it wasn’t properly cleaned as the cleaner did not notice the bracelet in the toilet. I didnt end up staying in the property not even for a night but the manager was aware that i checked out in the middle of the night but he does not want to give me a refund.
